Lastre per cottura del carbonio

PROMALIGHT® sono lastre in microporoso con ottime proprietà termiche e meccaniche. La formulazione è composta da una miscela opacizzata con filamenti di rinforzo in silice pirogenica (caricata con allumina per la qualità 1200).

PROMALIGHT®-1200 è una lastra isolante a base di allumina prodotta a densità più elevate e capace di resistere a picchi di temperatura fino a 1200 °C.

Le lastre in PROMALIGHT® possono essere prodotte con diversi rivestimenti (PE o Alluminio). Su richiesta possono essere rinforzate con un foglio di Mica per lato. Questo permette sia un aumento della resistenza alla compressione di circa il 30% sia una migliore manipolazione.

PROMALIGHT® boards can be shaped both manually and with stationary wood processing machinery. They can be cut, sawn, drilled and punched. The boards can be fi xed in place with glue or by mechanical means such as anchors, pins and clips.

Microporous insulation offers an extremely low thermal conductivity, close to the lowest theoretically possible at high temperatures. Microporous materials are the preferred choice when a large temperature reduction is required within a limited space, or when strict heat loss or surface temperature requirements are specified.
